Shipping
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Berlin. Some North American orders may be fulfilled locally to improve delivery times.

Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us and we will make it right.
We do not generally accept returns for change of mind, but please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
